Our versatile space transforms to honor each unique occasion, creating memories beneath majestic oaks and alongside picturesque blueberry fields.
The barn at Cozy Oaks Farm is available for private gatherings such as baby showers, bridal showers, holiday parties, birthday parties, graduations, anniversaries, reunions, corporate parties, and other private events.

Please note: Gatherings for Fridays or Saturdays cannot be booked more than 90 days in advance of the event date. The use of bride and groom rooms is not included with private gatherings.
All prices are subject to Florida sales tax. A non-refundable down payment of 30% of total rent, plus a refundable security deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve your date. The security deposit will be refunded 14 days after the event provided there are no contract violations. Balance remaining is due in full 45 days prior to the event. Cancellations 30 days or less from the event date will forfeit the full rental amount.
Event Liability Insurance with minimum $1 million per occurrence / $2 million aggregate is required to cover the entire time client, guests, vendors or agents are on the property. Any alcohol must be served by a fully licensed and insured professional bartender, who must provide host liquor liability insurance of minimum $1 million.
All vendors must be licensed and insured.
